Inspired by locally foraged botanicals, MOUNTAIN Gin uses new growth pine needles and native mountain pepperberry found throughout the area. This, in tandem with fresh orange zest, lemon myrtle, juniper and coriander, creates a scent and flavour reminiscent of fresh mountain air and the smell of tall pines.
It’s an evocative combination of flavours — refreshing, clean, vibrant and aromatic. Accordingly, MOUNTAIN Gin is best enjoyed with orange peel and a light tonic or mineral water. We’re biased, of course, but we believe it makes the best gin & tonic in Australia.
