Aged for six months in Ice Pressed Chardonnay barrels, this meticulously handcrafted Australian gin has been infused with local, native botanicals, each individually distilled with Margaret River rainwater to capture the true essence of the South West of Western Australia.
SouWester Gin will evoke your senses by building on the classic foundations of juniper berries and coriander seed to create a harmonious blend of savoury and coastal influences. The result is a complex and elegant gin accented with delicate citrus bursts from organic finger limes and a seductive saltbush undertone, with a lingering finish.
The French oak barriques from Fraser Gallop Estate add another level of complexity to the gin. Hints of vanilla, floral notes and toasty oak enrich and intensify the local botanicals to create a perfect balance. Each bottle is individually numbered and hand bottled in Margaret River, offering a taste of the South West in every sip.
This smooth, elegant and textural gin is best enjoyed either neat, over ice, or with a clean tonic mixer such as Capi Dry Tonic or Fever Tree Lightly Sparkling. Garnish with slices of finger lime or a sprig of rosemary.
