Barossa Semi Gin is SRD’s take on a modern Barossa fortified. A delicious semi-sweet gin crafted from Southern Barossa Semillon grapes, partially fermented and blended with our Barossa Dry Gin. 

The result, a moreish and delicious semi-sweet style gin with an irresistible mix of natural sweetness and subtle complexity. It’s pretty and juicy! Think sweet apple and orange peel on the nose, buttery smoothness on the palate with tropical flavours of lychee, pineapple, plump dried pears, honey and a zesty hint of citrus. It’s the golden child of the Seppeltsfield Road Distillers’ line-up. Seriously delicious and incredibly diverse, best enjoyed in a G&T with Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic, fresh lime and strawberries or with Fever Tree Ginger Ale, lime and lemon. Cocktails?
