We have melded the natural flavours of Tasmania’s Lake Pedder honey, citrus zest, cinnamon and other spices, into our very own Tasmanian Malt.
The distinctive sweetness of the wildflower nectar in this remarkable honey, combined with the cinnamon have mellowed the mild astringency of other included spices. These aromas and flavours have in turn been complemented by the fruity acidity of the citrus. Our balanced and delicate ingredients now luxuriate delightfully in our smooth, yet distinguished Tasmanian Malt liqueur.
