Our vodka is an Australian pure, triple distilled representation of a grain based vodka. We created a clean, grain vodka that is so smooth it does not need to be charcoal (or activated carbon) filtered. This means subtle notes of the barley flavour are carried right through to the glass. Made on the water from our springs, it carries the unique flavour of pure spring water to the fore with the barley notes to create a wondrously smooth “sippers vodka”. We recommend using this vodka to enhance your cocktails or simply serving it on the rocks as one would a whisky.
