Hand-crafted using a combination of locally sourced Riverina citrus, and traditional botanicals, our Dry Gin Murrumbidgee is inspired by the Riverina, New South Wales, the food bowl of Australia. This is the first Gin to be released in Griffith, New South Wales it is wonderfully balanced and juniper-forward, with heavy notes of citrus. A slight hint of dryness to the palate initially, followed by refreshing citrus presence of New South Wales kelp among our list of botanicals. Best served neat on ice or with Capi or Fevertree Tonic, a slice of orange, lime or lemon.
Tasting Notes: Spring, Summer Gin, a beautiful all round Gin. Wonderful in a Negroni or enjoyed as a Gin, Gin Mule Cocktail.
